Christmas Toy Drive
It is hard to believe, but the Holiday Season is fast approaching us, which means it is once again time for our Annual Christmas Toy Drive. For the last 8 years at Christmas we have been asking student to donate toys for the underprivileged children in our community. With the current economic conditions I believe this becomes more important than ever.
So once again this year in conjunction with the Windsor Firefighters and the Windsor Lions Clubs we are asking parents and students to donate toys to this great cause. Please bring to your Peaceful Warriors' School any NEW / UNWRAPPED toy by Wednesday December 10th. These will then be collected and distributed to the Windsor Fire Fighter for re-distribution for those children in need.
I would like to thank everyone in advance for their very generous support over the past years.

Video Games - Christmas is Coming
With Christmas just around the many children's minds turn to what video game they would like to have this holiday season. I came across a website called The National Institute on Media and the Family. This site discusses safe gaming and avoiding possible addition for children playing these games. They also go into details on which games are great for your kids and which to avoid at all cost. You can download their guide book, 2008 Video Game Report Card here.
From the teachers and staff at Art Mason's Peaceful Warriors' we wish you all a Safe and Happy Holiday Season. See you in the New Year!
